Complete the Cosmetology course in approximately 43 weeks, the Esthetics course in 22 weeks or the Manicuring course in 12 weeks at Grabber School of Hair Design in Saint Louis, Missouri! New courses in cosmetology, manicuring and esthetics start every five weeks. Each enrollment plan covers all hours of instruction as required by the State Board of Cosmetology in Missouri, both in theory and practical work.

Cosmetology Curriculum

The Cosmetology curriculum contains an intense training environment for hair cutting, color technique, skin, makeup, manicuring, and the application of artificial hair to enhance and reward the creative styles of every student in school. The enrollment plan covers 1,500 hours of cosmetology instruction, as required by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology, both in theory and practical work. Students in our Saint Louis, Missouri beauty school are educated in all phases of cosmetology, hairdressing, and manicuring to prepare them for the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology Examination. Classroom subjects include good grooming, public hygiene, visual poise, professional ethics and personality development.

Esthetician Curriculum

The Esthetician curriculum contains an intense training environment for makeup, skin/body treatments, hair removal and brow/lash processes to enhance and reward the career goals of our students. The enrollment plan covers 900 hours instruction, as required by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology, both in theory and practical work. Students in our Saint Louis, Missouri beauty school are educated in all phases of esthetics to prepare them for the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology Examination. Classroom subjects include good grooming, public hygiene, visual poise, professional ethics and personality development.

Manicuring Curriculum

The Manicuring curriculum contains an intense training environment for manicuring, pedicuring, nail treatments, nail coatings and light massage to enhance and reward the career goals and creative styles of our students. The enrollment plan covers 400 hours instruction, as required by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology, both in theory and practical work. Students in our Saint Louis, Missouri beauty school are educated in all phases of manicuring and pedicuring to prepare them for the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology Examination. Classroom subjects include good grooming, public hygiene, visual poise, professional ethics and personality development.

Instructor Training Curriculum

The Instructor Training curriculum contains an intense training environment for teaching principles, lesson planning, curriculum planning, class outlines, teaching methods, teaching aids, testing and evaluation. The enrollment plan covers 600 hours of instructor training as required by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology, both in theory and practical work. Students in our Saint Louis, Missouri beauty school are educated in all phases of instructor training to prepare them for the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology Examination. Classroom subjects include professional appearance and ethics, record keeping and personal development.
