How to Obtain an Instructor License
For professionals who have held their active operator's license for at least (3) years, may apply to test for the instructor license based on experience.
- Go to https://pr.mo.gov/cosbar-forms.asp and complete the APPLICATION FOR EXAMINATION/TEMPORARY PERMIT.
- Follow all instructions related to examination fees and registration requirements.
- Then register for your exams at https://www.provexam.com/register
